A completely new resource for me is a six-year-old web effort at awarding honors for taking pictures on September 11, 2001, and its aftermath. While nothing of particular interest is readily apparent, the imagery does help flesh out a skimpy narrative.
The Best of Photojournalism 2002 > Still Photography Entries > Attack on America Picture Story > "Freelance"
This is a funny three-image entry. Two of the shots are so similar it is odd they would be used to make up an entry. Although, I do note an authorial voice at work here. Also, here's a great example of the poor spelling by the caption writers. They shouldn't win or place by dint of that alone.
