Mr. Lutnick is the Chairman of our Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, positions in which he has served since June 1999. Mr. Lutnick was our President from September 2001 to May 2004 and January 2007 to April 1, 2008. Mr. Lutnick joined Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. ("Cantor") in 1983 and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cantor since 1992. Mr. Lutnick's company, CF Group Management, Inc., is the managing general partner of Cantor. Mr. Lutnick is a member of the Board of Managers of Haverford College, the Board of Directors of the Fisher Center for Alzheimer Research Foundation at the Rockefeller University, the Executive Committee of the USS Intrepid Museum Foundation's Board of Trustees, a member of the Board of Directors of the Solomon Guggenheim Museum Foundation, a member of the Board of Directors of the Horace Mann School and a member of the Board of Directors of the National September 11 Memorial & Museum. In addition, Mr. Lutnick is on the supervisory board of Electronic Liquidity Exchange.
